FAQS / GENERAL CAMP INFORMATION

 Camp Information | All Camps

  • All camps are open to anyone limited only by age and number of campers.
  • Camps will be held at Satellite Locations throughout the Chicagoland area that provide space for appropriate distancing and who utilize preventative measures and enhanced cleaning protocols.
  • All camps registrations are for a non-payment waitlist.  If/when the minimum enrollment numbers are met, up to a set capacity, you will be invoiced for payment.  After that payment is received, your camper's place in camp will be confirmed.  Waitlist registrations are time stamped and will be approved in the order of which they are received.  Additional camper spots will be opened as are allowed by Restore Illinois Summer Camp Guidelines.  As the date approaches for camp, check in and camp information will be added to the website under CHECK IN INFO.
  • Medical waiver and insurance information must be provided during online registration.

 Cancellation Policy Information

  • Your camp fee, less any processing fees paid at checkout, will be refunded without question if you cancel at least two weeks prior to the beginning of camp. At any time after that date, refunds (less processing fee) will be made for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a signed medical statement from your physician. No refunds will be issued after the start of camp.

 Are there any Discounts?

  1. Northwestern University staff or faculty member will receive 10% off of camp
  2. Sibling discount – if two or more siblings sign up for a camp, each will receive 5% off the registration fee.

Can my payment from the on-campus camps that were cancelled be used towards a satellite camp?

  • The amount you previously paid for enrollment into a 2020 Northwestern Volleyball Camp, if you have not previously requested a refund, is currently being retained as a credit and can be used towards these new sessions!  Directions and information on how to do that will be shared if/when camp meets the minimum enrollment numbers and you are invoiced for payment to confirm your place in camp.  If the camps do not reach the necessary numbers to take place, you will be automatically refunded.

Will you be offering overnight camps?

  • Current Restore Illinois Guidelines only allow for day camps to operate at this time, but we plan to return our overnight camp options next summer!

Will you be offering high school camps?

  • Due to NCAA Recruiting limitations in response to COVID-19, we are unable to offer camps for those that are designated as Potential Student Athletes (recruits) by the NCAA.  This includes all individuals that have began classes for the ninth grade (those entering the ninth grade in the fall of 2020 can still participate in Middle School Camps).
